Students who’ve earned a “D” grade in a class may retake the class for a better grade - grade recovery. Students who’ve earned an “F” grade in a class will retake the class - credit recovery.  Students taking a class for the first time will take a class as “original credit."

Elective classes are taken for credit. Enrichment classes are offered as unique, stand alone classes at various times and are not offered for high school credit.

Free transportation will be provided in a similar fashion to how it is provided during the school year. Our award-winning SLCUSD Food Service department will provide school meals (breakfast and lunch) free of charge for all participating students.

Summer School is open to all high school students, is a full day program, and offers for original credit and credit recovery classes. 

Summer School is FREE to all participants during the summer of 2025.
